Aldo Parducci has been managing Las Brumas and its planting and processing program for several years now taking the farm in a new and progressive direction. Experimental processing and drying techniques have been implemented as well as a wide range of varietals planted. Pacas, Gesha, Pacamara and Kenyan SL varieties have all been planted over the past 2 years and are being carefully nurtured. This Red Bourbon, natural process lot is an excellent example of the quality that can be fond at Las Brumas. Sweet, juicy and clean this coffee makes a delicious, easy drinking and incredibly versatile brew.





We’ve found that brewing this coffee with our aeropress has given us great, consistent results. Starting with a dose of 16g, add 250 ml of water and steep for 1.40 minutes before plunging for approx. 45 seconds. A slow consistent plunge will ensure consistent results time over time.
