Grown by small holder farmers of the Forest Garden Growers Association near Kandy in the Central Mountain range Sri Lanka who grow high-quality lemongrass and ginger. Their produce is gently sun-dried and hand cut before being packed at the source for extra freshness.
When brewing loose leaves in a teapot use 1 teaspoon of leaf per person with 250mls of water per person.
