Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations, recommend and implement platform updates
- Ensure website is visually and commercially optimised to drive income and deliver the best possible online customer experience
- Provide high quality customer experience to all enquiries during the buying process; effective, fast and solution-focused responses
- Plan the investment required, manage the budget to show an effective ROI
- Work together with the Marketing Manager to produce and implement digital marketing campaigns and email marketing plans to help drive online sales
- Analyse Social Media campaigns to optimise and improve ROI
- Develop brand and product awareness online
- Develop a robust acquisition and retention program, tracking consumer behaviour and CRM content management
- Develop clear loyalty and retention mechanics to increase subscriber base
- Maintain website including copy writing, updates and technical opportunity developments
- Regularly analyse performance of website pages
- Ensure that the site is fully accessible and complies with the latest standards of accessibility
- Attend weekly meetings to report on all online activity (sales performance, best sellers, and purchasing behaviour) including recommendations for improved performance and to inform strategic business decision-making
- Experience with Shopify essential, Recharge/Mailchimp desirable
